Atrium was a projected that I handled while at Sutton Compliance Communications. I designed and developed the Front-End of their website while another developer handled integration into a custom CMS. I also handled taking their old printables and turning them into "Print as you see it" generation.
Atrium® is a Canadian non-bank lender that provides creative financing solutions to the real estate communities in Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.
They are flexible, nimble and provide mortgages to quality borrowers where larger financial institutions do not offer competitive terms and structures. Primarily first mortgages, typically from $300,000 to $30 million.
This was an interesting project to take on. They are a massive company who help alot of people with their Mortgages. They also have subsiderary companies that I also handled the same look and feel for called CMCC (Canadian Mortgage Capital Corporation) and CMCC Capital Fund.
Atrium was a large project to handle. There was alot of different custom pages, as well as two subsiderary companies which has the same look and feel for their respective websites.
You can visit their subsiderary companies via the links below on their homepage:
Atrium MIC has a blue color scheme, while the CMCC has a red color scheme, and the CMCC Capital Fund has a yellow color scheme.
They all use the same font and web layout for the various websites, however some aspects of the websites are unique.
Before I created their website, they had some print materials that they asked to be made printable on their website so that they can update things like their Fact Sheet and Investment Portfolio without having to create new documents every time they needed to update their statistics.
On some of their webpages you can see a print button attached to the left side of their page. When clicked, or when the user goes to print it makes it so that their documents are printable directly from the browser.
To get the full grasp of Atrium, I suggest visiting their website and looking around to better understand what I did for them and what they do.
Below the detail view you can see various screenshots of the Atrium website.
The website is fully responsive and looks great down to standard iPhone sizes.
Here is a link to the mobile view show you want to look around yourself.
Well this game is rather simple. Click on things located within my website, and if you do, then an achievement unlock will appear. Pretty simple right? Why not have some fun while your browsing around and see how many you can unlock?! Good luck and game on!
